Firstly I would like to say I am looking for someone who is bi polar like myself.
I am an ultra and endurance runner (an ultra is any distance longer than a marathon 26.2 miles). running is at the core of my soul. I love it. i do triathlon as well although it has been a few years but I do the sprints and the full ironman tris. I work out with a personal trainer twice/wk and I do Bikram yoga (hot yoga). It is sooo good for you. Its not easy but so worth it and it will change your body and help fix some of those nagging aches and pains if you have them.
I like to read, do not watch much tv, but enjoy watching movies. not so much mainstream movies (occasionally, but no rom-coms allowed). but I like independent, foreign, and 30s and 40s films, particularly film noir.

I am looking for someone to have a good time with. that will make me laugh and just feel good to be around. I have no expectation of anyone. But like life you never know what's going to happen so I am open to more if both parties like and enjoy each others company. The man in question should be fit and likes to do physical activities, ex. working out, running, sports, or etc. it doesn't matter as long as they have an interest in something. I prefer to meet someone in person in a public place before I invite them to my home, fair enough?

my friends and family tell me I have a great sense of humor and I am a goof but in a good way and I am a pleasure to be around. And they are not biased...its true!!
